The Uniform Bar Examination (UBE)

Over 40 jurisdictions have adopted the UBE, allowing for score portability. The UBE consists of the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE), and the Multistate Performance Test (MPT).

A score of 260 passes in states like Alabama, while 270 is required in Pennsylvania. A 270 represents answering roughly 65% of questions correctly.
